Rewards programs: common questions
Can I use more than one rewards program?
Yes. Each program covers different brands, so you can join all of them for free. Each program has its own rules for earning and redeeming, and we’ll apply the rewards that fit your treatment at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Each program sets its own rules. For example, ASPIRE™ points expire 270 days after you earn them, and ASPIRE™ rewards expire 60 days after they’re issued. Allē™ points don’t expire while you have Allē™ A-List status. Check each program’s details for the full terms.
Can I combine manufacturer rewards with TruWellness specials?
Ask our team. Some manufacturer offers can’t be combined with other discounts, and we’ll tell you what applies before checkout.
How do I join?
Use the Join button on any program above, or download that program’s app. Joining is free. Then tell us at check-in so your treatment counts toward your rewards.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. See our Financing & Payment Plans for options. Financing plans are separate from these rewards programs.
