Truwellness Policies
NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS
To maintain the efficiency of our clinic and accommodate all our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of $100. Frequent noshows or last-minute cancellations may require credit card deposits.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of your service. To avoid undercharging or overcharging our valued clients, we cannot accept prepayment for services. We will gladly accept your local check, provided that your full name, address, and phone number are imprinted. There is a $25 fee per returned check. We do not accept starter checks or third-party checks.
REFUND + RETURN POLICY
At TRUWELLNESS clinic, we prioritize your satisfaction with our services and products. While we do not offer refunds for services rendered, we are dedicated to addressing any concerns you may have. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please speak with a manager within 72 hours of your appointment, and we will be happy to assess and resolve the issue to ensure your satisfaction. For product returns within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt, store credits will be issued. However, please note that makeup and cosmetic items are nonreturnable and considered final sales. Gift card refunds are processed within 30 days of purchase, with proof of payment, and are refunded to the original payment method only. We appreciate your understanding of these policies as they allow us to maintain the quality of our services and products.
TRUWELLNESS ETIQUETTE
To maintain a serene and respectful atmosphere for all our guests, we kindly request that you silence your cell phone during your visit. Wi-Fi access is available for your convenience. Gratuities are not included in the service prices and are left to the discretion of our clients.
GIFT CARDS
TRUWELLNESS Gift Cards can be purchased both in-store and online. They can be redeemed for their dollar value towards any services or products offered. However, please note that gratuities cannot be covered through Gift Card redemption.
CHILDREN
For the comfort and safety of all our clients, most of our Truwellness services are restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. Exceptions may be made for teenagers accompanied by a parent or guardian for certain services. To maintain a serene atmosphere and ensure the safety of all guests, we kindly request that children not accompany adults during their appointments.
HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
Your well-being is our priority, and it’s essential that our staff are made aware of any allergies, health concerns, or illnesses you may have prior to receiving treatment. Please inform your service provider of any allergies, particularly to nuts and algae, as some of our products contain these ingredients. Your cooperation ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
